Woodworking wasn't something Mark Carvey stumbled into. It's what he's spent more than two decades doing, day in and day out.

Long before Rad Mill Works was serving homeowners and builders throughout the Colorado Rockies, Mark was operating a custom woodworking shop in Rhode Island. Over the years, he worked on everything from historic renovations to high-end custom homes, building a skill set that only comes from thousands of hours in the shop and on job sites.

That experience taught him something important: exceptional work happens when the person designing the project is the same person building it.

Today, Mark continues to operate Rad Mill Works as a true craftsman's shop. Every project begins with a conversation. He takes the measurements, develops the drawings, creates the mockups, selects the materials, builds the project, and completes the installation himself. Clients work directly with the person responsible for every detail from start to finish.

There's a different level of accountability when your name is on every piece that leaves the shop.

Based in Colorado, Mark specializes in custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and bespoke furniture designed for mountain homes. He understands the unique demands of building in high-altitude environments and works closely with homeowners, architects, builders, and remodelers to create pieces that complement both the home and the landscape around it.
